About Me

I believe sustainable development is not driven by individual organizations working in isolation; it is created when the right people, ideas, and institutions come together around a shared purpose. This belief has shaped both my academic journey and my professional career, leading me to work at the intersection of international development, strategic partnerships, social entrepreneurship, and systems strengthening.

My path has been intentionally interdisciplinary. Beginning with a background in biochemistry and healthcare management, I developed a strong appreciation for evidence-based thinking and the importance of well-functioning systems. Over time, my curiosity expanded beyond individual sectors to explore how international cooperation, entrepreneurship, and collaborative partnerships can create enabling environments where locally led solutions thrive. Through my Master's in Social Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development and my research on international cooperation models supporting health social entrepreneurs in Kenya, I deepened my understanding of how sustainable impact is created when innovation is supported by strong partnerships, shared learning, and local ownership.

Professionally, I have worked across Europe, Africa, and Asia, collaborating with governments, universities, multilateral organizations, private sector partners, and civil society. Whether coordinating climate resilience research in Cambodia, supporting entrepreneurship initiatives in Africa, strengthening international partnerships in Germany, or facilitating collaboration with organizations such as the World Bank and German Chambers of Commerce Abroad, I have consistently enjoyed bringing diverse stakeholders together to address complex development challenges.

I am energized by work that requires connecting people, translating ideas into action, and creating practical pathways for collaboration. I enjoy navigating complexity, facilitating dialogue across cultures and disciplines, and building trusted relationships that lead to meaningful outcomes. Above all, I am passionate about creating the partnerships, systems, and opportunities that enable others to generate lasting impact.
